Goat's Cheese Filo Parcel with Pesto
I’ve been going to the Everyman Bistro for ten years and it’s always been one of the most reliable places in the city for a quick bite and a pint. Mind you, the goat’s cheese in this dish really hit me over the head with salt (though that's probably not the Everyman's fault).
Goats cheese and pesto filo parcel (don’t know where it’s from but the Everyman always tries to source their ingredients as locally as possible)
Tomato and green been salad (ditto)
