Dutch Bean 'Stampot'

This is from a Sainsbury's vegetarian cookbook which we own two copies of- not because it's really good but I guess Marion and I went vegetarian at about the same time so our respective Mums must have bought each a copy to make sure we didn't starve. Anyway, our Dutch friend Karin says that this is nothing at all like a real Stampot. Still tasted nice though.
